Incorta AI File Upload

Incorta AI enables you to upload files directly to the chat session by attaching one or more files and asking questions about their content. The file upload feature enhances Incorta AI interactivity and supports a more data-driven chat experience, to enable working with multiple datasets in a single conversation.

Note

Support for file upload is available starting 2026.3.0.

Upload Files

  1. Contact Incorta Support to enable file uploads and configure the related settings in Incorta AI Advanced Settings.
  2. Open Incorta AI.
  3. Upload any file or drag and drop it into Incorta AI Chat.
  4. Use the shortcut you configured in Advanced Settings to ask questions about your attached documents (for example, /ask-docs).
Notes
  • A maximum of 5 files can be uploaded per chat session.
  • Each file can be up to 20 MB in size.
  • Files are temporarily stored in a secure directory managed by Incorta AI and may be deleted automatically to free up space.
  • Files remain accessible only within the current chat; exiting or clearing the chat removes access to those files.
