About a runtime business view formula column
There are three types of Runtime Business Views:
All these view types — business schema view, Incorta Analyzer View, and Incorta SQL View — can exist within the same business schema. You can create a business schema view with the Business Schema Designer, an Incorta Analyzer View with the Analyzer, and an Incorta SQL View with the Query Editor.
For both a Business Schema View and an Incorta Analyzer View, you can create a formula expression for a formula column using the Formula Builder. A formula expression has certain capabilities and limitations which are dependent on both the parent object (Business Schema View or Incorta Analyzer View) and the referenced columns within the expression.
Starting with 2023.7.0, you can view the data lineage of columns and formula columns in runtime business views in the Data Lineage Viewer v2 that displays a diagram with the entities referenced in the column (upstream lineage) and entities where the column is referenced (downstream lineage).
