About the Knowledge Store

The Knowledge Store is the central place to create and manage knowledge stores. A knowledge store is a repository that organizes unstructured content, such as policies, product documentation, and exported pages, and makes the uploaded files searchable. When you enable a knowledge store for AI chat, Incorta Nexus retrieves relevant content from the store to answer user prompts.

For information about how knowledge stores power semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation, refer to Concepts → Incorta RAG.

Note
  • The Knowledge Store Manager is available starting 2026.3.0.
  • To enable the Knowledge Store Manager, refer to Guides → Configure Server.
