Story Generation Process
When you submit your prompt, the system:
- Initializes the story framework
- Creates a cover page
- Generates an introduction based on your prompt
- Builds specialized analytical tabs based on the data and prompt
- Prepares a conclusion summarizing key findings
Story Structure and Components
Each generated story follows a consistent template format with presentation-ready dimensions and includes:
Cover Page
- Title reflecting your analysis focus
- Professional background design
- Auto-generated timestamp
Introduction
- Comprehensive overview of the analysis purpose
- Strategic context for the insights
- Explanation of what will be covered in the story
Content Tabs
The system automatically creates the most relevant analytical tabs based on your prompt. The max number of tabs created for content will be three tabs.
Conclusion
- Summary of key findings
- Strategic recommendations based on the analysis
- Next steps or opportunities identified
Best Practices for Prompt Writing
For optimal results when describing your story:
Be specific about your analysis goals
- Example: "Analyze my customer demographics" rather than "Show me customer data"
Mention specific dimensions of interest
- Example: "Analyze customer demographics with focus on lifestyle segments and age groups"
Include business context if relevant
- Example: "Analyze customer demographics to identify opportunities for targeted marketing"
Keep prompts concise but comprehensive
- Aim for 1-3 sentences that clearly describe your analytical needs
Editing and Sharing
After generation, you can:
- Navigate between tabs using the horizontal tab navigation
- Edit any component by clicking into text areas
