Concepts → Policy Workflow (Preview)

Overview

To support data governance compliance, policies progress through a defined set of states that control how changes are reviewed and approved. Data Governors and SuperRole users trigger these transitions, and stakeholders are notified in-app whenever a policy changes state.

Note

The policy workflow is available starting 2026.5.0.

Benefits

  • Maintain governance and compliance through structured review and approval processes within the Policy Center Manager
  • Improve accountability and traceability for policy changes
  • Control policy visibility and publication states

User roles and permissions

Only users with the Data Governor role or SuperRole can manage policy workflow actions and transitions.
