Cloud Platform Release Notes

This document covers all updates/changes released for the Cloud platform. While the features and functionality of Incorta continue to be covered in the product release notes, this document will focus on the updates in the following:

Today, features are released on a quarterly cadence to the public. However, updating the above components can as frequent as monthly. As such, this document serves as a running log of changes and the date on which they are implemented.

Multi-factor authentication login

A new multi-factor authentication (MFA) protocol is now applied when you try to login to your Incorta Cloud account.

With this new added security protocol, Incorta sends a 6-digit authentication code to your email when you try to log in using your username and password.

Note

The MFA is not applicable on social login.

Incorta mandates a fresh MFA for each browser session. Additionally, if you happen to enter the wrong MFA code 10 times, Incorta will impose a 30-minute account lockout period.
