Connect to your NetSuite data using Web Services

Simply connect to your NetSuite data using Web Services to provide your stakeholders insight into finance, sales, operations, and human resources performance.

NetSuite Web Services connector requirements

The NetSuite Administrator can configure the Web Services connector in NetSuite with the following steps:

Enable NetSuite Web Services

  • Select SetupCompanyEnable Features.
  • Select the SuiteCloud tab.
    • In the SuiteTalk section, select SOAP Web Services and REST Web Services.
    • Select Save.

Create a New NetSuite Integration

  • Select SetupIntegrationManage IntegrationsNew.
  • Enter the integration properties:
    • Name: Incorta Web Services
    • Description: Integration for enabling an Incorta connection to NetSuite via web services
    • Select User Credentials.
    • Select Save, and note the Application ID.
  • Select SetupIntegrationSOAP Web Services Preferences, and note the Account ID.

Here are the properties for the NetSuite Web Services connector:

Service EndpointSelect the NetSuite web services endpoint. The options are:
  • NetSuite Production
  • NetSuite Sandbox
  • Other
OtherSelect Other as Service Endpoint to configure this property. Enter the name of the service endpoint.
Account IDEnter the NetSuite SOAP web services Account ID
Authentication TypeSelect the authentication type. The options are:
  • Email/Password
  • Token
Application IDSelect Email/Password as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the NetSuite web services connection Application ID.
EmailSelect Email/Password as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the NetSuite account email address.
PasswordSelect Email/Password as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the NetSuite account password.
Role IDSelect Email/Password as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the NetSuite role ID.
Consumer KeySelect Token as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the consumer key.
Consumer SecretSelect Token as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the consumer secret.
Token IDSelect Token as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the token ID.
Token SecretSelect Token as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the token secret.
