Connect to your NetSuite data using Web Services
Simply connect to your NetSuite data using Web Services to provide your stakeholders insight into finance, sales, operations, and human resources performance.
NetSuite Web Services connector requirements
The NetSuite Administrator can configure the Web Services connector in NetSuite with the following steps:
Enable NetSuite Web Services
- Select Setup→Company→Enable Features.
- Select the SuiteCloud tab.
- In the SuiteTalk section, select SOAP Web Services and REST Web Services.
- Select Save.
Create a New NetSuite Integration
- Select Setup→Integration→Manage Integrations→New.
- Enter the integration properties:
- Name: Incorta Web Services
- Description: Integration for enabling an Incorta connection to NetSuite via web services
- Select User Credentials.
- Select Save, and note the Application ID.
- Select Setup→Integration→SOAP Web Services Preferences, and note the Account ID.

Authentication Type | Select the authentication type. The options are:

Application ID | Select Email/Password as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the NetSuite web services connection Application ID. |
Select Email/Password as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the NetSuite account email address. | |
Password | Select Email/Password as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the NetSuite account password. |
Role ID | Select Email/Password as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the NetSuite role ID. |
Consumer Key | Select Token as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the consumer key. |
Consumer Secret | Select Token as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the consumer secret. |
Token ID | Select Token as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the token ID. |
Token Secret | Select Token as Authentication Type to configure this property. Enter the token secret. |
